Traditional & HPX Series (up to 25 MPH).Run! I now am left with no car, a loan for a vehicle I do not have, a cashier check for a down payment and paid insurance. The manager came out, and refused to do business with us because we were unhappy and they don’t do busy with unhappy people. I discussed with my husband, decided to proceed with buying the car. My husband informed them that if it weren't for me loving that Jeep that we would just go to another dealership where they would give us some type of incentives for buying a BRAND new vehicle. Again already included to every buyer at the dealership. Jace replied, "how about powertrain warranty". My husband informed him that was already included. Jace informed my husband, I can offer you 3 free oil changes. He was informed that if they were to give free items that it could cost them their Green Slip ? so they don't do it. While at the dealership, My husband asked about adding on window tinting or upgraded floor mats. We then discussed the cost of the vehicle, I informed him of a Chrysler friend discount, I specifically asked if it would be taken off from the before total he gave me, he answered "correct".įast forward to today, my dear husband ran to the bank to sign papers then quickly went home to let the dogs out and shower before having to get to the dealership to sign his part of the paperwork before he went to work. I was informed that they do not offer incentives. I inquired about any incentives, specifically getting the windows tinted or adding upgraded floor mats to protect the vehicle. He applied one that was generic to that car, but "forgot" to inform us of a First Responder discount, even though he knew that my husband was a Police Officer. I asked about any promotions, discounts, or incentives. I politely declined, as I didn't want my credit ran a second time and I trust our bank. I called the dealership, talked to Jace and let him know that I was approved for a loan through our own bank, he proceeded to ask me if I wanted him to look and see if he can get me a better rate than I was given with my own bank. My husband encouraged me to keep looking and not decide on the first car, we drove around that evening and I even looked at a few on Wednesday afternoon. The salesman, Jace laughed and joked with us and was patient while I was being indecisive. After hours of walking back and forth between vehicles, I finally decided on a 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee Altitude. Tuesday afternoon, my husband and I stopped by the dealership. Today was supposed to be such an exciting day, I was supposed to drive home a brand new Jeep Grand Cherokee instead I left the parking lot crying and thinking, "What the heck just happened". □□□Let me start by saying, I'm not one to complain or leave bad reviews but my experience w/ Grissom Chrysler this evening left my husband and I completely baffled.
